Challenge:
Organize quickly and cost effectively a client's supplies for an orderly fast discharge upon request to their DC.

Solution:
Lodi Metal Tech, Inc. (LMT) designed and constructed a shelving supported mezzanine for the Western California distribution center and selected ResinDek Xspan® for the work platform decking.

ResinDek Xspan® was selected because it could support the load and the corrugated metal roof decking could be eliminated, saving an installation step. Cold-formed structural supports placed at 24" on center with ResinDek Xspan® resulted in an incredibly strong shelving unit. In addition, the white underside of ResinDek Xspan® provides a pleasant light-reflecting ceiling to the lower level.
