Iron Mountain® has incredibly high traffic in their archival storage facilities. In order to provide them with our exclusive 5-year warranty, it was necessary to replicate their heavy hand pallet truck rolling loads over an extended period of time.
With its extensive testing equipment technology, Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products tested ResinDek® Xspan® with the equivalent of 1,000 kilograms of hand pallet truck loads. After 130,000 cycles of heavy hand pallet truck load traffic across a 1 meter x 75 mm wide travel area, no signs of wear or failures at the tongue and groove joints or along the panel surface appeared.

With 3,250 square meters of ResinDek Xspan® installed, Iron Mountain and their Consultant, Lysander Associates are pleased and confident with the results.
